NON-WARRANTY

Evergreen Nursery gives no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the variety or productivity of any nursery stock it sells. Evergreen Nursery is not responsible for any delays in shipment of soil or plant material. All estimates of shipments or delivery dates are subject to weather conditions, labor slowdowns and work stoppages, availability of materials, accidents, transportation delays, mechanical breakdowns, acts of God and other causes beyond the reasonable control of Seller.

PRELIMINARY LIEN / NOTICES

To expedite payment of orders delivered to jobsites on credit, Evergreen Nursery requires the following information prior to any shipments in order to file preliminary notices:

    1. Owner
    2. General Contractor
    3. Lender

DELIVERY POLICY

• All deliveries require a signed waiver before delivery.

• Local plant delivery - $60.00 per truck.
• Out of county plant delivery - $3.00 per mile, one way, from our nursery location where delivery originates.
• Plant delivery to Las Vegas or Arizona - $800.00.
• Soil products delivery - local only - $80.00 per truck.
• All deliveries subject to accessibility at driver's discretion.

RETURN POLICY

Evergreen Nursery reserves the right to refuse returned material if it is unfit to resell. All returns must be within 30 days of purchase and in good condition, with original receipt for store credit only.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
